Remember, it's the details in the flavor that makes a seemingly normal dish really pop! This watermelon & blueberry salad can be dressed up with fresh herbs like cilantro, basil, and mint to add a tremendous amount of flavor. Adding in red onion and lime juice rounds out an added kick to wake the taste buds and including the quinoa provides some nutritious extra credit for added protein.
